As a spiritual healer , I Shagun K Singh have heard various stories of struggles to growth and achievement. Each story carries its own unique set of, grief and glories. Recently, one such story moved me deeply, something that illuminated my way of consciousness. A learning that was unbounded in a meaningful way through an innocent drawing by my student Paramprit. Paramprit is a very intelligent, creative child who loves explaining his feelings through art. In one of our sessions he showed me a drawing that featured the little girl abstaining from outdoor activities. The girl in the picture did not ​want to leave and go outside, play with children, or see her cousins. She would rather sit at home, watch television, and converse with her friend Jiya. Finding Calm Amidst Chaos: A Student's Pious Spiritual Journey

  Life's challenges often leave us feeling overwhelmed, particularly for students facing the pressures of exams. In these moments of stress, finding solace in spirituality ​ can be transformative. One of my students, Paramprit, offers a beautiful example of this. When stress engulfs him, Paramprit closes his eyes and remembers "Waheguru Ji". In this sacred moment, he feels a wave of peace embraces him. Recently, Paramprit shared a drawing with me, a simple yet profound depiction of his spiritual   refuge. The picture depicts that he remembers his deity "Waheguru Ji" the moment exam stress overpowers him and leaves him numb.
